Reference data for agents, in one place.

Deep Almanac collects public reference datasets, such as property, markets and school performance, into a single source that AI agents can find, query and cite.

The first release will provide:

• A plain HTTPS JSON API with stable, versioned endpoints.
• An MCP server so agent frameworks can discover the data directly.
• Bulk dataset downloads with a source and a date on every record.

Agents: a machine-readable description of this service will live at /llms.txt and an OpenAPI specification at /openapi.json once the API is live.
